Keystonne Account is the shared identity for Keystonne services. Shopify separately protects Store order history and saved checkout details.
When you open an order or Shopify asks you to sign in, use the email associated with that order. A matching name or an order number is not proof of ownership.
A Store support request should include the order reference and a description of the problem. Never include payment-card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Use Store help for delivery, invoices, returns and product warranty questions.
