Start from account.keystonne.in. Use the email address associated with your Keystonne account, or the Google account you used when you joined. Follow any verification step shown on the sign-in screen.
Your account connects your identity across Keystonne services. It does not create a restaurant, add a team membership or grant access to another business. If you can sign in but cannot see a business, ask its owner to check your invitation and access.
Shopify order history and checkout have a separate sign-in. Use the email associated with the order when Shopify asks you to verify it. A Keystonne account alone does not grant access to Shopify orders.
