The shared sign-in connection is limited to your account ID, verified email address and name. Business records, staff permissions, payment details and private OS records are not supplied to the public help assistant.
Keystonne services keep their own sessions and access checks. Read the sign-out label: signing out of one service does not necessarily sign out of every connected application or Shopify.
KAI can explain public guidance. It cannot reset your password, remove MFA, change a business role or read private account records on your behalf. Use the account-security controls for sensitive changes.
