Open your account on the Keystonne Store and sign in using the email associated with your order. The account page lists your orders; select an order for its details.
The order page shows the payment and fulfilment status available from Shopify. A fulfilment status is not a guaranteed delivery date. Use any order-status link shown there for the information available for that order.
If an order is missing, check that you used the same email address at checkout. You can open a support request with the order reference. Never share an OTP, password or payment card information.
